Our product exchange policy is designed to provide customers with complete confidence regarding purchases made in our store. Please note that free products are not eligible for exchanges under any circumstances.

All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also accept exchanges for items that differ from what was originally ordered.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from the one you ordered, please follow the steps below:

1. Notify our team about the issue via email at infinitebuyecommerce@gmail.com, sending clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product within 3 days of receiving it.
⚠️ Please note: we will not accept exchange or refund requests submitted after this period.

2. Your request will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days. Once the problem is confirmed, we will contact you by email, and you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Receive a replacement product identical to the one ordered.

  • Receive a product of similar value.

  • Receive a store credit voucher for the value of the product, to be used in future purchases.

⚠️ Please note: We do not offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size by the customer.
We provide product measurements in centimeters to ensure accurate size selection.

According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, retailers are not legally required to exchange products due to buyer’s remorse related to color, size, model, or any other reason. Customers are entitled to an exchange only in cases of defective products.
