The delivery time to any location in Brazil may vary between 2 to 5 weeks on average after payment confirmation.

We provide a tracking code for all products. If the tracking link does not work on our website, it will certainly work on one of the following platforms:

• http://www.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento

Tracking codes take 3 to 7 business days to be released from our suppliers to you, the customer.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery time may vary depending on the speed of Correios (Brazilian Post Service) and customs clearance. On average, it usually takes 20 to 30 days, with a maximum delivery time of up to 40 business days. If this deadline is exceeded, we recommend contacting Correios first to clarify the reason for the delay. If Correios is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so we can verify the situation with our suppliers. If a logistics issue with your order is confirmed, we will issue a FULL refund right after these verification steps.

It is important that you ensure proper conditions for delivery at the registered address. After three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will need to pick up your order at a local Correios branch near your address. Storage fees may apply if the package is not collected within 7 calendar days. The fee amount depends on the weight/volume of the product.
